PEC Membership
There are several types of memberships, each with different access and benefits. When you have decided on which is best for you go to the PEC member site and register. Click to register.
Basic membership is free to all interested. This includes access to all general and member posted information, and subscriptions to newsletters and notifications. The ability of basic members to submit postings occurs through a PEC moderator. A basic member can request on a individual basis messaging with other PEC members
PEC paid membership dues are $40, to be paid annually. Benefits include a website subscription to the Journal of Peace Education (3 issues annually). Without a PEC membership, the regular annual cost for a personal subscription is approximately US$100 more. Take advantage of this offer and help to increase knowledge about peace education!! Other benefits of paid membership include posting of your material and announcementsvto the general membership, as well as messaging to other members.
A sustaining membership to the PEC costs $80 for the sponsoring individual and a sustained member. The sustaining member will make available a one-time gift subscription and PEC membership to a researcher who finds the basic dues a financial burden. For all types of registration you will be sent an email with you username and a password. Login with your username and new password to verify the email. You can then use the update profile to change the password, choose a display name, choose which mailings and notifications you will receive. And select which personal information will be displayed in directories or postings.
